I had one major problem and several minor ones. The pipe going from my sump pump to the storm drain had somehow severed and water was being pumped out into the yard. The tech (Josh) showed up at the beginning of my time window and immediately was able to tell me the issue and how he intended to fix it. While I was a little shell shocked at he cost (mostly because I'm notoriously cheap), he walked thru the house with me and addressed all the other minor issues we had here. There was definitely a value in that. While it was mostly minor things, I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to so these things myself. Finally, I signed up for their service agreement. This was also a good value and gave an additional 15% off for the main reason I called, which essentially paid for itself. Now they'll be out several times during the year for routine inspections and free minor repairs. I would recommend this company.
